Axle nut, reverse thread?
I've taken off the tire and the cover plate, but the axle nut is stuck and a friend said it could be reverse thread. Any immediate help would be appreicated. 97' CL

naw pimp. its just tight as hell u need a breaker bar.
just a stupid question but did u remove the cotter pin?
The hub that goes over the spines on the axel is stuck and wont come off. Theres a puller on it but it wont come off. What should i do.
i had to use a 1" drive socket and one of the legs off the engine hoist to break mine free.
hit it with a big ass hammer with the nut on flush with the end of the axle. or use a deadblow. plastic hammer filled with sand. or a big ass rubber mallet.
have u taken anything else but the nut off? balljoints, tie rod anything? well, first get it to go in alittle so u can breake the rust then u have to take off the ball joints upper and lower and tie rod to remove the axle. wait what the hell r u doing ne ways?
