Attn niedejb!!
Your racing cat install section on your homepage is excellent!! I want to do the same thing. Where did you buy your racing cat and did the check engine light ever come on. Also when you went to buy a gasket was there one specifically for an accord or cl or was it just a generic one? Who made your catback exhaust? I want one but I dont want a loud one. Who do you recommend?

the quietest exhaust cat back is most likely the new dc tcs. even the stock echaust with a intake gets loud. the gaskets are same as accords. so u could buy generic. i just bought honda/acura shit when i did my heade and exhaust. hey sohcer i mean njde?? couldn't u run the wires from the O2 sensor in the cat and splice them into the O2 sensor before the cat? im thinkin of gettin a high flow cat to open my shit up some more. i already got i/h/e. and have u taken an emissions test since after the cat install?

The gasket (singular) was from autozone. Its the one from the cat to the exhaust. It came with two aluminum gaskets and 6 bolts/nuts. Just take the new cat in with you and size it up. You have to reuse the gasket on the header or get one from Honda.
Did the project last summer and no check engine light AT ALL.
The header and cat back are both from bosal/brospeed. Love that its open yet still quiet.
VXCL...I dont know about the splicing the wires thing. I would be hesitant to start hacking on the O2 sensor that your car lives on.
As far as emissions...Georgia and Illinois (last two states I've lived) dont require them. I kept the old cat just in case I get moved somewhere that does. For those states that require them, try a Pacesetter or Random Tech. Not sure but think they have the bungs for the secondary O2 sensor since they're real cats.
