he sent it via usps not priority so i dont know and why didnt you have it shipped to cali? he said he shipped it to florida, thats why i would consider it taking a while, groud usps is a long time 14-17 business days if i remember right

Correction on UPS ground, I used to ship a lot of packages at a previous job,(about 200 per day) it should take no more than 6 business days. Thanks for your help.

he is waiting on ups to send him some papers to file the insurance claim since i heard they were cracked in shipment
thats what he said, when i talked to him on saturday
let me know if you need anything else, i think you were suppoosed to file a claim with ups sleeper, since they were damaged in shipment that is not his fault, thats why i never use ups anymore since one day i went to their local wherehouse and saw how they handle packages, its was horrible, kicking them when the guy had too many in his hand, throwing them onto the truck, it was bad
anyways you need to file the claim with ups and then they will take care of the rest

What's up with the middle man crap? Why can't sleeper just speak directly
to him? And common this crap has been going on for 2 months. Back and
forth...stop playing with him and let him know what's the real deal.....
I'm getting pissed and it wasn't even done to me.
