Anyone know how much stock rim/tires weight??
As the subject states.....
I'm asking cuz I'm thinking of investing my money into a set of light 16" with tires....
Also, lets say I get a rim that is 13.5 lbs each... would that be a big difference to our stock rims?? Performance wise would I feel faster accelaration and etc???
I have a 97 stock 6 spokes rims by the way

Light wheels will make a difference. Whether you notice it or not, I don't know. Small, light weight wheels do 2 major things. Less rotational weight around the outside of the wheels and less rotational weight overall. The stock rims and tires probably weight ~40 lbs.
