Anyone ever consider getting....

those Wet Okole seat covers? I don't have leather in my car and while the seats are pretty nice considering what a lot of other cars have I was considering a change. I'm trying to save some money up (I think getting a motorcycle is a good idea so I need some money for that, haha) so I can't do all the things I want, i.e. rims, springs, ww lip + side skirts, so I was thinking about maybe a less expensive change to hold me over. What do you guys think of them? Will they make the car look like crap or just give it a different look? Thanks for your opinions guys I actually do take what people here say seriously ever opinion helps. THANKS

Melanie, I don't know if I'd try it. Personally, I like the tan interior on green exterior look. (it is tan right?). also, i was wondering how you went about taking off your emblems without leaving any marks. any tips (besides doing it very carefully)? I need to rid of my emblems as well.

Well Id never seen the wet okoles before but there not as bad as I thought they would be, in fact I actually like em not as much as leather but they do look sharp. But I saw that for the front and rear seats it was $450 or $225 for either section. You could buy some no name racing seats (without the brand name stiched all over the seat) for that kinda cash unless you can get a deal. I know the parts trader and group buy sites usually have some deals.

And for the new guy just use dental floss to get rid of the emblems. Your not gonna hurt anything they are glued on. I pulled my off by hand. If your worried though take your car to one of those fifty cent spray off place and just spray around it with water to loosen it up and then take floss or fishing line and just work your way through the glue. I removed the excess glue with a few applications of bug and tar remover which is sold at every auto store in the nation.

Hmmmm, I think I'll have to give Wet Okole a call to find out specifically which ones fit our cars. I agree that the website sucks so I want to be sure which ones are the correct fit. It would be cool if those universal ones would fit because then it would only be around $250. Anywhere around $500 is out of my range so I wouldn't go for that. Thanks for you thoughts!

AcuraCL22, I PM'ed you about how I removed my emblems which for the most part is that same as how everyone else did it
