anybody order this short shifter from ebay?
Hey guys I was looking into the forbidden short shifter and found this one on ebay.

What do you guys think would it be worth it to order this one and save 30 dollars or just order the one from forbidden?

Is that alot shorter than our stock shifter?
I dont see a knob on it, will u be using the stock knob? ( I think it would look better with the stock knob anyway).

I would first look for a prelude shifter. Then I would order that if I could not find one. The pspec is probably the nicest, but then you have to use their knob or a universal on with therubber inserts because the pspec ones use a propritory thread pattern.

you dont need to use pspecs knob. it is oem threading, but if u want to use their shift boot, then yes u need to use their knob. I have an oem knob on mine and some generic shift boot. From the looks of it and the description... this ebay one is a forbidden SS which are reputable. I've heard good things about them so there hsould be no problem with this.

Get a Prelude Short Shifter, like most others do here....(including me)
Look how nice that looks, and imagine the shorter throws.
I picked up a Momo Cobra shifter with a generic black leather boot all for $25.
Total mod for the Prelude short shifter plus the Momo & leather boot came in well under $100

well ordered the shifter off of ebay today along with an exedy stage 1 clutch and fidanza flywheel. I will let you guys know how it is when I recieve it.

Just wanted to let you guys know that the shifter from ebay worked perfect no flaws or anything. Defiantly worth ordering it off of this person on ebay instead of paying 130 from forbidden. It is the exact same one.
