Where is the antenna in our cars, I know its ont on the outside but it is hidden somewhere, I got a iPod and I have the FM transmitter. I have a long cable for it so I can place it anywhere, but I would love to put it somewhere fairly close to the antenna.

It's integrated in our rear window

 

those little black metal bumps at the top of your rear windshield

 

yeah its like the top 3 or 4 lines of the back windshield.. you could tuck the wire between the inside top of the windshield and the headliner

i want to get a better antenna something you can put on top of the car something that transmits better

 

Hmmm. I think If I just disconnect the antenna connection into my head unit I can leave the unit next to my head unit...I found a Cd player with Aux In but it is stuck on mute
