Another set of warped rotors
Purchased new front cross drilled rotors from the Rotora Group buy in August. Had them installed in September (along with new shocks) to replace my "Brembo" slotted and cross drilled rotors. Four months later, they are warped also. This sucks! All of the after market brakes that I have purchased have warped!
Now I don't drive "hard", in fact, I barely drive my car at all, especially in the winter. So why do I have another set of warped rotors in my garage? Do you think this has to do with the tires and rims on the car? Maybe they are bent?
I knew I should have waited to have these installed one I got new rims or at least after the winter.

Maybe it's the way you drive? Do you ride the brakes down hill, heat them up until their glowing red, then hit puddles causing them to cool too rapidly?
I was following this SUV down a mountain after snowboarding and he had his brakes on 97% of the time. I just had my car in 2nd gear and only touched the brakes to keep distance from the retard in the SUV.

Not me. In fact, I make it a habit to not use the brakes as much as possible. If I'm following someone, I only hit the gas enough to keep a steady distance. Going around curves I barely hit the brakes. About the only time I use the brakes is when I have to come to a complete stop.
Damn, I'm getting old!
