am i a bad person if....
....i think the stock side skirts and front/rear lips look bets painted matte black than body color? the new shelby gt 500 has the lips painted "satin black" for a "sleeker look" and i agree; it makes the car look more streamlined. anyway, i think eventually i'm gonna get ww front/rear lips and paint them a slightly darker gray than stock, but not body color. opinions?

haha, thanks jz... what does everyone else think? dont get me wrong, i think the lips/skirts painted can look pretty mean, but i really like the look of the subtle dark gray.

i bought my car with the matte skirts and bumper trim...i figured i was eventually gonna get a ww lip so i decided to paint them to match...after i did it i loved my car 10x more

I saw some custom carbon fiber pieces on a 94 NSX, looked soooo tight, it was a black one.. Love to get a full set of carbon fiber but it would cost a fortune, oh ya they have that COOL spider kit on Ebay

That has to look a little odd. I mean, like a mixed up body car or something. I wouldn't do it. Maybe the side skirts could be black, but not the lips. THat will look too weird, JMO.

Try it if you want that look, it's your car, don't listen to what others say, they might not have the same idea / picture in their head as you.
