I F*CKING saw 1st gen DARK NAVY BLUE CL with stupid ALTEZZA lights... I almost pucked when i saw that car... IS THERE FREAKING altezzas for 1st gen CL now or what??

 

as far as i'm concerned, i don't think there are any manufactured altezza's for the first gen, or even the second gen, people on this board would be all over it with criticism, i personally think that they shouldn't have it, the cl is a cl, not a IS or an altezza

I DEFINETELY sure IT IS a CL. that navy blue prob is an aftermarket paintjob. it even had a little wavy look on the metal. you know how a bad repair job looks like? not being racist or anything that thing kinda looks like wut the amigos drive. and I am ashamed that one of our CLs actually look like that....

 

your tripping man they have never and will never make altezzas for the cl i hate em and so do a lot of people in the forum, they just wouldnt look right on the car.

The worst CL i have seen was a NEON GREEN with a HUGE WING.

 

Its originally from the tail lights of a Toyota Altezza(in Japan/ Hong Kong), or Lexus IS300 (in the US). Toyota Altezza started these lights as well as the Toyota Harrier (Lexus GX300). For some reason its called Altezza lights in the U.S.

I didn't think so either...but it does. My friend has one, and it's NOT custom paint job. There are some out there that are dark blue.

I think we call it Atezza light is because the lights came out before the IS300 was imported. I hate those freaking lights...in the morning, driving behide one...watch out, you can hardly see it come on for braking. One of these day i just love to hit one of those.

 

Don't doubt what he is saying, it could be possible. It may have been a cyclone blue or maybe custom. I have seen plans for altezzas on this board a while ago, and a pic of them. IMO, i hate them. Some people out there throw money around, and for the right price i'm sure u can have them fabricated. Money can buy you everything except taste!

hey i have seen a cl with them on in stl and here in nc they are out there but probably cost alot to get them custom made fuck altezza's

 

custom job, probally wounld'nt be to hard to do

Naw dude, i think hes serious, i KNOW it can be done...ive got a friend that custom MADE his own Altezzas for his car...it CAN be done...it IS possible, but GOD! NO FOR OUR CL!! PLEASE!! SOMEONE find that bitch and rip them taillights off that discusting peace or scrap metal...it dosnt even deserve to have the "A" symbol on anymore!! (so rip that off it too!)

most people buy them because its one of the only things you can do to your tails for a cheap price and the IS is WAK, overpriced and slow. when people are at pep boys with $100 they get confused, want to buy something, and end up with altezzas. Y represent another car brands looks on your whip? Y don;t people get down more on stock looking jdm type shit that looks good.? Because people see others with something and they feel that they have to get it ebcause everyone else with a honda has em.

I must say any who puts altezza on a CL shouldn't be a proud owner of an Acura CL that's what I think !

 

i've seen one pair of altezzas that i liked, and that was on an accord. it looked almost stock, kinda like jag s-type tails, red on bottom, clear turn signal on top, looked real good actually
