This is for all the SWAP heads.
What is the chance of putting a J32 series motor in a 99 CL 2.3. Looking to get possibly a 6 speed if possible of course. Whats price and diff looking like? It be nice If I could do the swap and keep power steering and A/C LOL so whats the chance of that. Maybe Cocoa would know something about this. Currently my car is a Auto sadly but If the j32 wouldnt fit id probably go with a H22+5speed

How much money do you really have to spend. Then we can go from there.
I can tell you right now, you'll have to deal with all custom motor mounts since the position of your currect engine is far different from the J series. You'll need the wiring harness for both the J30A1 and the J32A2, as mine is integrated to one another. You will come across more headaches then me simply because your engine bay and wiring is different from the 3.0's.

Ya i searched a few times but never got strait answers, so sounds like its best to do a H22 swap, and the auto to 5 speed wouldntbe to hard, what about keeping the luxaries of power steering and A/C. I was thinkin is it possible to go with electronic PS? Im looking to spend at most $5000 overall.

I thought about that as well. The thing comes down to time, cost, and diff on install, also i dont want to make any mods to the inside, i just want something quicker, and a Manual, To hell with a Auto. Lookin to keep my car around for a long time lol.

where is....
alot of people have ac and ps after the swap, some are just to lazy and or dont care for it.
and no interior modding necessary, but the prelude gauge cluster swap looks nice.

Ya I wouldnt mind changin the cluster out either, would that fit directly in or would it look like a half azz fit. Iv seen a few swaps of that cluster into cars like a civic and you could see spacing around the cluster. I would do that in a heart beat as well.

where is....
when i swapped the accord cluster into my cl, i had to sand off the side clips, and i only have 1 bolt connected to it, the black surrounding keeps it from moving though.

the only thing u really lose when finished with the swap is cruise control... but u have a lot more to gain! the PS needs to be kinda tweaked for it to fit the lines... but it still works.
