Are all 97-99 FCC #'s the same?
you don't HAVE to go to the dealer to program it. dustbuster has the manual on how to program it. it's basically someting like switching the car on and press lock/unlock in the car and repeat until the car locks. or something like that

fcc numbers dont matter. as long as the remote is for a 97 99 cl or accord it will work. the car learns the remote and not the opposite. so get one from ebay and program it with ricks instructions. Trust me it works, I have done it twice (i loose my keys a lot
