Acura-Honda... 2.2/2.3
i know parts for our 2.2/2.3 are off the 94-97 accord 4 cyl. but if we have the 2.3, is that the exact engine from a 98-03 accord? and when honda had the 2.2 why did they only upgrade to a 2.3? it has like what 5 more horsepower and 5 more lb-ft ?? thats probably hardly even noticeable.

yeah the f23a1 is used in the 98-02 ones i believe...
dunno why they only did a 2.3... but it was just to keep with the same engines they were putting in the accord... so made sense to only make one engine instead of 2...
