Accident while on SR-22

My friend just hit my car and he is on SR-22 insurance. We are trying to figure out if he will lose his license if we report it to his insurance company. Does anyone know?

He shouldn't. I am on one as well. Accidents you can't control as opposed to a DUI, which you can control.

Not sure if he would lose it, but SR-22 is insurance for the driver, not the automobile that he is driving (should cover all vehicles he drives I think).
It is insurance and it is for that reason, so I don't see why he would lose it. Unless he has it for habitual accidents or something.

Maybe he should stop drinking and driving

Yeah, he said he doesn't even remember hitting my car...I don't drink and drive, but some will never learn. His car was parked right next to mine, and his paint is on my car... I didn't have a chance to look at his car because I had to go to work. But when he looked at my car he said he probably did hit it... so ghey.

Damn...
I guess some people really do never learn!

I got an OUI back in '99 from the amount of alcohol in my blood from the night day before, and I didn't get pulled over for my driving, it was because of my buddy's driving and we both had out of state plates so they pulled me over too... So I volunteered to take a breathalyser and that was when I found out that it takes two days for it to get out of your system... But I lived and learned from that.
