Abs light won't turn off

What's up guys and girls. I just started having this problem with my 97 CL. My Abs light goes on every time I start moving my car. I don't mind having no Abs, I really just want to turn that light off. I was wondering if anybody had a cheap fix for this problem?

Pull the cluster and remove the bulb. I think you should have it fixed by a pro... Gerry-rigging is never a good idea.

try adding brake fluid. sometimes there is a sensor in the master cylinder. if it is low it may cause the abs light or parking brake light to come on. If that doesn't work look on the back of your brake rotors. there should be an abs sensor on all four. sometimes brake dust gets built up around the sensor and causes it to malfunction. all you have to do is get some brake cleaner and spray it on there until its clean. If that doesn't work...have it checked out by a pro.

All else fails, pull the master ABS fuse in the ABS fuse box.

ABS is something not to screw with. If there is something seriously wrong with your abs and you go to stomp on your brakes...There is a possibility that you may be fixing more than your ABS system... It will be cheaper in the long run to get it looked at...there are certain things on a car to jerry rig and there are certain things that should be..IMO brakes is not one of those things.
