I was just wonderin g if the factory alarm had ignition kill or anything that would prevent someone from actually stealing my car?? If not what alarm(s) are actually worth buying??

NOPE... jusat siren and open ldoor sensors....

 

ACTUALLY, yes, Honda (Alpine) alarm system does come with the immobilizer (sp?) system. If you do not use the coded key, the car will not start and the stock alarm goes off. I know this becuase I have to unarm my Viper alarm system to use the remote start, otherwise the above happens.
