I recently bought a used 97 CL which had been factory riced by the original owner. It has a gold front grille, gold logos, gold emblems, and a rear wing spoiler.

The spoiler is starting to grow on me, but the rest of that is definitely not. My main problem is how to replace the gold front grille with a stock (or aftermarket) silver one. Aside from ordering the stock part from the dealer, where could I get a front grille for this car?

I'll call them up to see if they have a chrome one hanging around the shop somewhere.

Can you tell more about front grill.

I have gold one. In front 'A' sign is gold but around the grill I have silver. Does not look too good. I you have gold one, may be could swap them. I have original way back from '97. Unfortunatly do not have digital camera to show it, but it is in good cond. Couple month ago I replaced every thing gold on my car (by warranty).

That sounds like a good idea to me. I have a totally gold grill (the A emblem, the outer part and the inner part). I think that you have to buy all three of those pieces separately at the dealer.

I haven't really looked at my grill very much, so I'll see if it is in acceptable condition (it should be, my car is still under warranty and all) and get a picture for you.
