Ive got a 97 2.2 CL and am wanting to give it more power to make it funner to drive... will a 3.2 bolt onto the chasis? and do yall know of any quick things to make this happen? ( i know little about engines i typically deal with car audio)

A j32 will not drop right in to a 4 cylinder 2.2/2.3 frame, you would need to replace the subframe with one from a 3.0 CL. For a basic list of ideas, check out this thread to get started.

thx im tryin to make this car fun again, its got all sorts of problems so im going to have to learn how to work on it since my credit wont allow me to buy a new one. I just had to replace a transmission valve, and the windows are beginning to short out. as well as the mechanism to open the door from the inside broke last week. Ive got some work ahead of me.
