97 2.3
shoppin for a new car still just got informed how much my check from my insurance will be. when i stumble across a 99 2.3cl with 90,000 miles for 5995. it looks just like my 97 3.0 but with diff rims. is this a good buy for a 2.3? and if i got a 2.3 will i want to shoot myself bcause im so slow. Is there anything i should look for on the 2.3's that might be wrong.

yea thats not a bad deal at all. i bought my 97 2.2 5MT no leather 103K for $7200.

yea i was tired of the weak old F22, so i swapped in a motor with 5 MORE HP!!!!

Get the 2.3CL with Stick.

Nothing beats rowing the gears.

Why just stomp on the gas pedal, and brake? Get involved and feel the connection with your car.

Plus the 2.3CL gives you bit more better gas mileage

carfaxed the 2.3... its been in an accident and has a salvage title.

so back to lookin for a car.

found a 3.0. that looks sweet. gonna carfax it next.

just be patient and you will find one...thats what happened to me...i was looking for months then i was on the way home at like 3am from a bar one night and the CL caught my eye at this small lot and i bought it the next day

i test drove a bmw 328i convertable today, oh my was that a fun ride. but i live in ohio so id have to buy a junker winter car by the winter.
