'97 2.2 CL gas gague weirdness??
Hey everyone,
I just bought my '97 2.2 CL last week. I filled up the tank a few days ago, and today I was crusing around and saw that my gas gague was sitting on empty. I thought that it was way too soon to be running out of gas considering my car is supposed to get like 30 mpg. The gas light thing wasn't on, but still I got scared so I went to the gas station to get a fill up, but I only was able to pump like 13 gallons!! So that means my gague was sitting on empty when I had 4 gallons still in the tank!! Have any of you all encountered this? Have you all found that the gas light thing is more accurate than your gague?
Thanks for the help,
Ninjak
