There's a million threads about exhaust, search around. Most people do custom cat backs, it's really up to you to decide what you want and what you're looking for, because everyone's tastes are different.

 

I have a cherry bomb everybody says she sounds like a 350z

 

Fab up your own custom true-dual with equal length pipes if you want to go crazy.

From the downpipe of the header, go with 2.5" piping straight to the rear of the car (no muffler).

For the check engine light, get a o2 simulator.

Nuff said.

magnaflow cat-back! I had it on my 3.0L J30A1 Accord V6 and it sounded amazing! I also have magnaflow on my J30A4 Accord and to me it sounds better than any other exhaust.

 

AHEM................. If you want the best sound out of a j series engine........ I have done alot, more than anybody here. 3" tubing kit from summit or ebay just type in three in exhaust tubing. all the bends will come with it. It is a kit. Then, order a AERO resonator!!!!. Take your box of goodies to a good exhaust shop and tell them to please and bring some beer put this together. I personally guarantee you, it will sound better than anything you have ever heard.... If not you can bring it to my shop and I will fix it............................
