just clarifying before I buy a motor?

mo money its DD id only buy the Head and do the swap due to costs....

you can find an Automatic H22 for just a little bit more than an F23, im sure......... bolt that to your F22 tranny and youre done

^LOL you make it sound so easy and cheap.
umm there was a girl on here that went f22 to f23, she ran into some small problems but it was pretty much a bolt on swap.

been saying yall find me a good price one ill do it...... I dont want to modify alot of wiring harness blah blah I already got a toy car...

it was SHE...... BTW............. and besides that an F22 could be had cheap enough, id say stick to that anyways

the 2.2 is also an accord motor from a 94-97 ex-r

I know I think the swap went bad because they were trying to use the wrong plenum/manifold, or it was way different cuz it was the accord 2.3 and the vaccuum lines were wrong

another thing is the wiring. Honda went from OBDIIa to OBDIIb starting in 1998 with the new accord platform. So unless the mechanic really knew his shit, i would see why theres a problem
