19" Axis NE-O

will the Axis NE-O 19x8 +45 on Nitto 555 235/35-19 fit the 2.2CL? is $1800 a good price for a brand new set?

btw, i have the apexi ws coilover, so i'm not too worried about the drop. tnx.

tHEy should fit, I have a 42mm offset... although, you may not be able to drop it too low with the coilovers....

That would be sweet, I didn't think that the 235's would fit with 19's.

Leave it to Rick to save the day with attachments...I think they look fine. I've seen enought Neo's on VW's and the sort though, so I'd have a tough time. Though $1800 isn't too bad for 19"s w/ tires! I still like the rims, though right now I've been wondering about the Axis Sevens...any opinions?

i might go with 18's (or even 17" Volk GT-N Metallic Grey). it may look too tall with the 19's. anyway, tnx for all the replies.

rick, tnx for posting the pic from CL-Z.

Yes it is a bumper skirt. I am in the process of building a semi custom body kit.

it did fit. got the 19" Axis NE-O (Gunmetal) for a decent price.

so far, no rubbing for the first 40 miles (even with my 4 stock tires & rims in the back).

I wanted the gunmetal set too, but I wanted the entire spoke to be painted, not just the sides. I am sending mine wheels to a shop to be painted.

Did you get them from Wheelmax.com?

i don't know if the 19's made the car noticeably slower or was it my driving. i have 235/35-19 Falken ZE-502 (the cheapest tire - $150 ea) with apexi coilovers.

i paid $400 ea (250 for the wheel & 150 for the tire). $1800 out the door (with tax, mounting, balancing, nuts & locks). a friend owns a wheel shop & Axis paid him cash & some wheels for a machine he sold them. so he's just trying to get his money for the machine. so he's selling them cheap (he's got about 2 sets left).
