14" wheels fit?

I am looking into some winter wheels/tires for my 99 2.3 cl, I know I need the 4x114 bolt pattern, but what are my size limitations? Can I use a 14" wheel? Any place to look for steelies?

Thanks all for your help!

Gunnar

Our wheels are 4x114.4

I have some 15" winter accord mags, they they barely clear the caliper, i don't think 14 will fit.

good thing we got that misunderstanding hammered out before u go to buy wheels....haha

to answer the question...the best thing to do would be to find a 14" wheel and test fit it...the spare is 15" i believe? maybe 14"...

i agree...width is what really counts in the winter...the narrower the better as a general rule...although tires for a 14" wheel may be cheaper than for a 15" wheel

i really doubt a 14" is going to clear the caliper, why are you looking to go so small?

The smallest you could go is 14. I wouldn't go smaller than the stock 16 though, it looks weird, tires usually aren't wide enough either even for winter rims.

I will try a 14 inch, seems like they are in abundance. Don't really care what size though, just going for the best price/best winter setup.
