yes and no. it was my best friend that hit me, we were all rollin together, i went into his lane to make a left, he was way far back and was looking out the window of his car, didnt see me merge, i yelled as loud as i could (instead of honking or moving 
) and he bumped the fuck out of me.

i dunno. since no one was really at fault, he agreed to split my deductable, so thats probably what we'll be doing. his DA is barely scratched, a busted headlight, but fuck, hes getting JDM one pieces anyway.

What the hell were you thinking when you decided to yell? All that energy should have been used in just turning the wheel to the slight right. Anyways, what's done, is done.
