Torn driver seat leather

I have a 2007 MDX with 215K miles in the Florida sun. Still runs great but I have some cosmetic issues. I will need to re-paint the front end- faded. The most serious issue is a torn driver seat bottom. I have lots of options, Coverking or Wetokole for covers. OEM covers are insanely priced- and do i really want more cheap leather??? I have tried salvage yard, but they all say I should not forget i am replacing old leather with old leather. Should i find any old upholstery shop- I live in timbuktu- do i visit upholstery shop and ask them to use specific replacement product....which is beat alternative?

Contact these companies; I'm pretty sure they'll make you a new set of skins to fit your seats:
