Could you please run an "Also Fits" for Part# 08R04-SEP-201 (Front Strut)
Mine are over 150K old and I think I might trick the wife into performance suspension versus aftermarket stock replacements. That is, if I can find what other options I have...

Just try a Google or Amazon search...................
And by the way the part number you listed isn't a strut, it's a door visor - https://www.oemacuraparts.com/oem-pa...or-08r04sep201

I think those visors are already "performance upgraded" so that's probably about it.

Prior to 2016, bernardiparts dot com allowed you to type in a part number, then look to the left and click on "what other vehicles does this fit", but their software has changed and you have to call them. The key was to type in the number and not select it from a list

yeah, i dont understand why OP is asking us to do his homework...
as noted; he even has the part # wrong
OP, you have some options..you can go OEM, which would be for the best!
or you could go aftermarket, which wouldnt even USE the acura/honda part numbers...
because they arent made by Honda/Acura.
Most common aftermarket upgrades;
- keep Acura springs, buy Koni yellow/orange shocks.
- install acura aspec springs, buy koni yellow/orange shocks.
- install aftermarket springs (tein, H&R, and others), use OEM shocks. or use aftermarket shocks
- install coilovers (tein, BC racing, and others)
as noted; he even has the part # wrong

I have teins on the TL and like them alot. My goal was/is to see what else, if anything, shares strut assemblies with the 2G MDX and weigh the cost of stock vs replacement vs aftermarket.
EDIT: It would probably help if I correctly identified the part number I was looking to have cross referenced. It's

Part of this may depend on the trim level and shocks on that model (gas pressurized vs. magnetic fluid filled). Might be the same but cheaper version from Honda vs Acura? Don't know but perhaps from the Pilot? You need to help us help you. What year and trim level MDX do you have?
