Relay switch
Hi everyone, am looking for some help please.
I am looking for the location of my relay switch in my 2003 mdx. My At temp light is on. We've trouble shotted because our rad fans won't come on. We direct wired from the battery. They come on. We checked the fuses they are all good. So next step is relay switch and or sensor. I'm getting really frustrated because I can't find it. lol hopefully someone can help me out. Many thanks in advance

Melissa, based on the details, it sounds like it could be a temperature sensor.
The temperature sensor determines when the radiator fan comes on by reading the cooling system temperature. If the sensor isn’t working, your fan won’t come on because it won’t know that the temperature is hot enough to require activation, which can frequently lead to overheating. The sensor is usually located in the car thermostat cover. To check it, disconnect the wires from the sensor and touch them together. If this starts the fan, the sensor is faulty and will need to be replaced. Check your service manual to make sure exactly where the temperature sensor is on your car.
