Newbie question on rear wiper change

Winter weather has come and is reaking havoc on my wiper blades. I changed out the front with some Bosch Microedge and that made a world of difference with the battle with road salt. The back wiper is chattering and I need to replace it. I quickly looked at it last night and noticed that the blade seems to be covered with the hard plastic sheath. I searched for a DIY but didn't see one on how to change the back wiper. Anyone know how? Thanks in advance.

1. Pull the wiper blade away from the glass.
2. Bend the refill blade slightly. Pull on the right side of the blade towards the middle of it until its free from the clip at the end.
3. Free the blade from the left side of that bracket.
4. Slide the blade out.
