Welcome
You might have more luck in the 1G MDX forum (which is where this will probably be moved). It sounds like you've eliminated just about everything there. But there's probably something someone else with a 1G MDX knows that I don't

Welcome to the forums.
Since this is a topic/technical issue which will require replies, and not a "New Member Introduction", I moved this thread to the model specific forum.

For Skirmich seems to start around 40 mph and if I really gunned it would stop at about 90,and as I mentioned earlier I have changed struts, calipers, brakes, lower control arms, tires, rotors, sway bar bushings, ball joints, outer tie rods, don't know what else to do

Usually the issue at those speeds is bad balancing, but I dont think that hasnt been ruled out already...
This is a very interesting issue since You have already replaced almost the entire suspension.

road force balance. and find somewhere that knows how to use the machine. tell them you want the tires force matched then hub matched. many shops will charge extra for the roadforce balance but use it as a normal tire balancer. we had the same problem, not anymore.
