Need Aux help !
I have the Acura MDX 2007 RES with navigation and one of my aux connecters snapped inside the jack and I know it’s replaceable but I was wondering if there’s any way I could get some sort of adapter and replace My CD rom with an Aux or if I could get an actual aux installed somewhere instead of having to use the two stereo components. I do have XM

you can take the stuck pin out easily with a few picks! If you want the more involved route of an AUX, USASPEC and Isimple make modules that you can use for another AUX like iphone/android.

I see on isimple they have the harness adapter but I can’t seem to find a aux module that plugs into and fits the pins for the 07 MDX entertainment and nav. The one on there website has the package but it’s around 200$ I see some on other websites and eBay but I can’t tell if it will fit the harness, do you think you could help?
this is the harness I believe will fit my MDX : https://isimple.com/catalog/cables-and-harnesses/PGHHD1

so there's 2 ways you can do this, add a new aux for upwards of $100 or remove the stuck pin and use a new cable for $5

thank you, Do you know if theres any cheaper aux modules that I can plug into the harness provided by ISIMPLE, I don't wanna spend the 200$ for everything If I can just get the harness for 20$ and a cheaper aux module that fits the pins of the harness, but if my only option is ISIMPLE I would be better of just buying the actual part that the pins broke into for the components which is around 116$ do you know what the plug is called for the acura and Hondas? like how many pins the clips have?
p.s we tried the pin in the whole and we messed up and melted the actual part to the pin which broke the component. BIG oops

part 23 is the replacement for the same exact one that was damaged:

you can find used on ebay or junk yard cheaper
Other than that you can take the wires on the back of the jack and rewire it to new RCA plugs too and let it hang out in the center console and leave the old melted jacks in the hole.
other than the isimple unit I think GROM AUDIO makes one for around $150 that's not as great
