Hi everyone,

I have an 04 MDX with navi. It still has the original navi disc in it (which is from the fall of 2003) and it's about time I upgraded.

I went to Acura's online navi store and the disc they are selling is from the fall of 2007 (for the 2008 model year cars).

Does anyone know when the fall 2008 disc will go on sale?

I believe the latest version is 3.71 (2008)

Are you looking for the release date of 3.8 (2009)?

Yes. I assume that the fall 2008 data will be in the 2009 model year cars.
That's the one I was interested in buying. (unless of course I've got it all wrong)

You are correct, updates come out in the Fall of every year. I just got off the phone with Acura and they said they have not been informed of when or even if 3.8 will be coming out this year. 3.71 is the latest version and is probably your best bet for now.

007Acura, the updated disc will have new streets, highways, points of interest, etc. For me it is much needed as I do a lot of driving in and around Boston where the Big Dig has changed the driving landscape.
