My 03 mdx is making a high pitched squealing sound, any ideas what it could be?

My 03 mdx is making a high pitched squealing sound, any ideas what it could be?
everytime the engine is on it makes like a high pitched whirl / squealing type of sound. It doesnt seem to be affected by the speed im traveling at it, if im stopped or accelerating its the same constant sound
