Modification Suggestions to smooth out 07MDX Sport ride?

I am not happy with the very stiff/rough ride on my 07 mdx Sport. Anyone know of any modifications I can make to smooth out the ride? Comfort mode is not the answer.

Thanks!

What do you not like about the comfort mode? I use comfort 99% of the time. As somebody once said, "Why buy a comfortable car and select uncomfortable"? and "If you wanted a sports car, why did you buy an MDX"?

go with some softer tires! Something along the lines of grand touring should take care of it! As well if you want something cheaper and easier, try checking the air pressure and reducing it to about 32PSI COLD.

I think the point is, upon test driving, it should be abundantly clear than the MDX is about the most sporting SUV you can get this side of a BMW. There are a lot of other comfortable choices out there...this was probably the wrong car to get with the wrong option. Just sayin...

I'm just asking for suggestions on a specific topic, not judgment on my car choice. Thanks.

Along with suggestions afore-mentioned of changing tires to a softer compound and reducing tire pressure, another thing you can do is to go with a smaller rims and increase tires ratio, though this might cost you a bit in handling capability of your wonderful MDX.

I have an 07 MDX with Sports package too. The sport mode ride doesn't bother me that much. So as the result I use comfort mode when I have passengers and sports mode when I am with me, myself, and the car . I actually enjoy how the car handles.

this is all you can do^... lowering the psi should give a better ride but will sacrifice mpg

you must have a lot of crappy roads

Good point. I do have a lot of construction going on around me in almost every direction. Thanks for the input.
