MDX 2007 MDX Issue

I bought a pre owned 07 mdx sports + RES from a local deader.

I notice when I take care from park to either Drive or Reverse Its little rough when the steering wheel is turned positions. I am not sure it’s a common or should I be concerned about this. I have an appointment with the service center to take the car next week. The MDX has now 45 k miles in it.

Do you mean "is it normal for the steering to be hard/tight while turning when not moving?" If so then it sounds normal, this ain't no crown vic.

Still have the service department check it out since it is still under warranty... if anything else also seems "not normal" have them check it as you only have 5k miles left on you bumper to bumper warranty.

also welcome to acurazine!

My '09 has what I consider hard steering compared to my '08 Sierra Pickup weighing 8756lbs when turning the wheel and not moving. When moving fast the steering is perfect in the MDX and the Chevy truck can be flipped over with ease. So I live with it...
