Hello all,

With my original struts, I was experiencing knocking and banging on bumps with almost no shock absorption.

I brought it to a local independent shop and they installed new ones for me. The new struts feel good with no knocking or banging on bumps, but the ride is pretty stiff. Both on Sport and comfort mode the struts are stiff.

My question is if it is normal for them to be stiff in the beginning and then over time it will soften? Or if they somehow need to be recalibrated or rest in order to work properly?
