Hfl bluetooth not working

I have an 07 mdx just recently changed my battery. However now my bluetooth hfl is not working at all. Any help or suggestions.

Same problem with my HFL

Almost identical issue after I changed my battery on my '07 MDX. Was just told by my Acura Service Rep that it needs to be replaced. Approximate replacement cost is $285.

Try running your diagnostic screen to check if you're having a hardware failure.
