Fluctuating RPM and rumble sounds.

Fluctuating RPM and rumble sounds.
I have 2 issues with my 02 Acura MDX. At cruising low speeds I feel and hear the vehicle rumbling like driving over rumble strips. If I increase speed, the rumble goes away. Is this repairable without replacing the transmission?
Vehicle ran well previously but a few days ago the RPM went up to 2000 at idle speed. I took down the throttle body and cleaned it. I also cleaned the IAC which had some carbon buildup that resisted its free movement. Got it working fine except that the RPM is still at 2000. Is there an idle screw I can adjust or do I have to use a diagnostic tool to relearn the idle rpm and air/fuel mixture?
