Acura 2004 MDX Power Steering Whine
Acura 2004 MDX started making loud whine when cranked and when turning. Replaced power steering pump. When checking fluid level after repair, fluid was milky colored, bubbly, and bubbled out of the tank. Cleaned off tank, but still seeing evidence of fluid coming out of the top of the tank? Any thoughts?

Foaming is a sign of air in the system. After changing the pump you should have turned the wheel fully left then fully right several times.pausing briefly at the limits.
If it is still foaming after that it is likely drawing air into the return side of the system.
Did you use new o-rings on the pump lines?
