Question 2010 MDX - Rear Entertainment video source to Front Navigation Monitor?

So.. I just picked up a 2010 MDX with Advance & Entertainment and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with connecting the rear entertainment video source to the front Navigation Screen. And yes, I'm well aware of all the safety and legal issues...

In my 2004 TL it was easy enough to just bypass the video source from the rear nav computer with a video switching module.. but now that the system seems to be an all-in-one unit for the 2010 MDX it appears to be more difficult to get this done...

I just want the front passenger to be able to experience the 'rear' entertainment system as well.

Any thoughts??

I haven't checked the schematics, but with the following assumptions, it can be done in the following way:

Assumptions
- Frequency of video is the same for front and rear LCD. (15.7KHz)
- Both LCDs use four wires for video input. (R, G, B, Sync)

Method
- DVD player in front dash has RGBS (4) wires ran to back LCD for video input.
- Split it and re-route it to a toggle switch.
- The toggle switch works by switching between inputs from the Navigation unit (under seat) and DVD player (in-dash).

If I look at the pin configurations and LCD's manufacture model, I can confirm it.

'10 models are hard drive based navi units so no more seperate unit under the passenger seat. It seems everything is contained in one. I have aftermarket headrest dvd players/screens and tryna figure this out as well. Everything I can find of course involves a module basically tapping into the signal from the navi unit so are there any solutions for the new models yet?
