Here's a link to the listing:

As you can see, it's listed at $22,420. According to the CarFax, it was a 1 owner vehicle averaging 7k miles per year and having no accidents.

Based on my experience, I am pretty sure that I can get them to knock $2,000 off of the price bringing it to $20,420 before taxes and dealership fees.
KBB says that the fair purchase price for this vehicle is $23,994.
Nada says that the clean retail price for this vehicle is $23,350.
This seems like an excellent price. Am I correct? I am not sure about all of the model differences and variations in MDX packages so I am wondering if I got something wrong when I input the options into KBB. I know that has SH-AWD, a DVD player, 3.7L, and navigation.
Also, what kinds of problems are prevalent with the MDX? What kinds of things should I look for. I am open to all suggestions and tips!
Thanks.

What you can get it for will depend on the level of interest (including yours). If no one is interested, they may knock a couple of thousand off. If there's a lot of interest, why would they?
I made a similar deal; less $ for slightly higher mileage and a slightly older vehicle (05). Living in the South, I find mileage a better measure of age than years. Not sure about the rust belt. But that kind of mileage is practically new.

We bought our 07 this year with 50k more than that one for 14k otd. It's got every option/package except for the backup sensors and the wood shift knob that I already installed. (the shifter, not the sensors)
We got lucky though b/c 99% of the time you cant find something like that on a lot unless the person who bought it new, ordered it like that.
