Need some Pro help with a set of wheels and tires!

So I found a set of Vossen wheels and tires being sold privately for a good deal and I was wondering if you guys could help me out and give me some insight on if they would fit on my car, and if they didn't what I could do to make them fit. I have an 08 Type-S. Beneath are the wheel and tire specs. Thanks for the help guys!

5x112 with rear spacers and 10 lugs
Front tire size 245/30/20
Rear tire size 285/30/20

Sorry, I actually don't know but they only make that wheel in a 20 x 9 and a 20 x 10.5 so its one of the two. Im trying to contact the seller to find out more info. But I would also like to know if they would work on my car before I even make the seller an offer

well a 9 inch rim and a 10 and half inch rim are different....

by assuming and guessing of the tire size, the rear is running the 10.5 with the 285mm width tire...

that one is wide, and you'll have to do A LOT OF WORK to get that to fit

the fronts are 20 x 9 and the rears are 20x10.5 If the tires are wide and wont fit, what about replacing the tires on the rear rims to make them fit? Or would I still need to do a lot of work?

a lot of work is still needed.
are you dropped any?

i just bought the perfect specs of 18x9.5 +22.
this perfect spec will be flush with fenders.

your 10.5 + whatever offset is VERY aggressive.

with my set up, Im suspecting i might have to roll the fenders a bit.

YOU Will have to roll pull and run a stretched tire. and maybe even do some other work to your car.
its a lot of work to pull off a 20x10.5

How sure are you that those specs will give a flush fitment? What size tires are you running on those 18x9.5s? Is this for a set drop amount?
So does that mean I'm going to need a 52mm thick adapter to run the 4g wheels (18x8" +55mmm) in order to be flush!?
