Haha, yeah...I had it wrapped in vinyl a while back but wasn't happy with the results. I kept the matte vinyl on the outside but ended up getting the inner portion painted.
Nice - do you have a link for those fogs as I want to change mine as well. Love the look of your CBP and I'm planning on getting a black grille as well since I'm not a fan of all that chrome as well.

Not sure if you're planning on changing your headlight bulbs too so they match, but you may want to consider 5k fogs and 6k headlights, or 6k fogs and 8k headlights. I haven't seen either of those combinations in person but there is a noticeable difference in color with my setup.

Here is a pic of the new tint (15%), as well as the newly painted grille. You can't tell much of a difference in the grille because the pics previously posted hid the defects in the vinyl job. It definitely looks 100% better in person though!

Thanks! Honestly I'm not a fan of blacking out the trim...I like the contrast it provides.
Am i the only one glad that you haven't lowered the car? I believe you've achieved as perfect of a fit as possible on the OEM suspension, just the right width and offset, not to mention a nice beefy tire. And sure, H&R springs would make the car look better in photos on the forum, but the car is meant to be driven and as long as you're comfortable with it, that's all that matters.
How is turn-in response on the 255's compared to the 245's you had before? Any change in steering wheel feel either lighter or heavier?

Thank you on the perfect fit comment, and I couldn't agree more that less wheel gap would look better but is just not practical in daily driving. There have been numerous instances that I've thought to myself...glad I'm not lowered!
Whether it's driving over something in the road because I don't have time to swerve (and not hitting it) or turning out of a shopping center with a steep decline (and not scraping)...I've been thankful to be stock height on numerous occasions.
I don't feel any difference in the steering, and I haven't noticed any reduction in grip. I went from super sticky summer tires to all seasons and have not felt any drop in performance. I am definitely glad I went with 255's...though I had to roll my rear fenders as a result.

No, I didn't know this. That will remove the scratches? They are pretty severe.
When I received the car (was shipped across the country) I noticed it had a ton of scratches, like the previous owner was trying to remove dead bugs and damaged the bra. Unfortunately I've added a few more since then doing the same thing. It's amazing how delicate the material is.
I didn't realize I could buff out the scratches though. Any recommendations on the specific 'glaze' I should use? I'm only familiar with the basics (i.e. polish / wax).

Hey nice set up, I have the same car but haven't done nothing but tints, badgeless and splash guards looking forward to doing couple of things to it now that I live in the sunshine state. Keep up the good work!
Damn, thanks everyone! Nice to hear some positive feedback on the stock height. This thing drives too nice to have to worry about all that comes along with being lowered.
