Here is how the car looks from the side with 20mm in back and no spacer in front. Just looks a little weird now.

Yes, I didnt want to bother because I know the front will be too far out. 20mm in back and 15mm in front will be flush front and rear.

will look good. do the stock rims have room for the stock studs to stick thru the spacers? or are you replacing your studs w/ extended ones?

These adapters have their own studs. Yes the stock wheels do have extra spaces for the stock studs to fit into.

I don't know... lol I think it's one of those things that I need to see in person. Perhaps the pictures aren't doing it justice? It just doesn't, well, for the lack of a better term, move me. Maybe it's the angle of the photoshots?

Yes, Im keeping the 20mm. After putting the 15mm in front, they are the perfect width now. The exhaust is awesome!

Thanks Izzy, I had spacers on my previous cars, so I was familiar with all the measurements, just because Ichiba didnt have them listed specifically for the TL, I knew they would fit by the hub and bolt pattern measurements alone. These in person make a big difference in the size of the wheel with it being pushed out.

No rubbing at all running 235/40's and no fender rolling here. If you run 245's you can run 15mm spacers in rear and 10mm in front to be safe.

I was about to change my set of tires and was probably gonna go 245s, you're saying those will rub? oh well, I'll cross that bridge when I get there, I like the look of the 20mm rears

That's kinda what I was thinking that the 245's would rub with the 20mm rears...maybe I'll just run 15mm all around with 245's?

Where did you buy them?

Not sure if it will definitely rub but with 245 wide tires you will be 5mm closer to the fender than I am on my 235.

245mm-235mm=10mm divide that by 2 with 5mm wider on each side of the wheel.

Pproblem with running the same size all around is that when stock, the front tires already stick out wider than the rear. The smaller spacer in front evens the stance out.

cheapest place I found to buy is here: http://www.velocitymania.com/Product...de=WS-5511464B

Thanks! No worries, discuss away, it all has to do with spacers and larger tires.

car looks great bro...WDP FTW

can you provide pictures of your car before you put the spacers on? is it your drop that caused the need for the spacers? i just ordered the 2004 ASPEC 18x8.5 rims...i will have stock suspension...i dont think i will need any spacers...correct me if i am wrong? and with stock suspension, should i get 245-40-18's? or 235's?

Thanks Jorts, here are the closest before and afters I can find with similar angles. The TL wheels even at stock height are in too far. Your 8.5" A-SPEC's will have same offset as my 8" A-SPEC's so you will only get 1/4" closer to the fender, the other 1/4" will be wider on the inside of the wheel being closer to the shock, so you would need spacers too to get flush. I would do 15mm rear and 10mm front on those. 245 or 235? dont know.
