fog film where to buy?

Hey guys any ideas where some of you guys purchased your foglight film?

I need get myself a set of yellow film for the hid fogs, since already I broke both foglights. I figure ill just put some 3m film over the lexans to give the hid a bit more color.

you could buy a headlight over lay kit off of ebay and cut them yourself. any headlight kit should be big enough to cut a few sets incase you screw up or someone steals them again..... or try hitting up the guy one here, bluebatmobile i think, and see if he has anything.

yes, like a full 1/8 of an inch thick.
so thick that it doesn't bend to the contour of the light without

Not sure which brand but I know some people had trouble with theh film melting/even smoking so be careful especially because you are running HID fogs

HID fogs shouldn't create an issue unless you have a 55 watt kit. If you've got a 35 watt kit, they actually run cooler than the stock halogens.

And on that note, if anybody finds a good source of good precut film, I'm definitely in the market (right after I get my cracked lens replaced.) I'm also planning on doing a 35 watt HID kit to help alleviate any temperature related cracks in the future.

Just got my Lamin-X in the mail today (one of my fogs cracked...). Way too cold out to put them on yet especially as I'll need to wash the salt and crap off it again first, but they're a lot thicker than I thought, so hopefully they'll work well! I didn't want to splurge on headlight film too, and these guys are the only ones I found w/ just precut fog film.

i had the lamin-x film on my fogs and my yellow bulbs burned them.. i even followed the instruction on the film where they say turn off the fogs if the vehicle is still for more than 10-15 mins.

I installed the lamin-x on my tsx and my dad's rl and the film on the rl burned pretty bad leaving black circles. It hasn't happened on the tsx yet but I'm also more careful with turning them off when not moving. just an fyi for people that get them.

Good thing I got clear LaminX as they're not the same size as my lenses... At least not my '07 (in case they changed them for some weird reason...) Luckily they're perfect top to bottom, so it covers the crack in the one fully (my main intent) but they could use a millimeter or so on the sides to fill out the oval...

Crazy easy to put on though... and so long as it helps me not have to buy new fogs, I'll be happy enough, but thought I'd mention it in case anybody gets color as, well, it'd be noticeable in that case... unless I just got a bad set and all the rest fit right...
