Is it time to move on from the '09?

Is it time to move on from the '09?
My bluetooth/HFL isn't working, the radio is stuck on the wrong time, and I have a parasitic drain. It's also got 173K miles, and I'm assuming due for a major soon. Maybe even the timing belt. Is it time to move it along and get something new? I've been test driving cars, and nothing's really exciting me. I still love how the '09 drives.

I still have my 11 MDX Adv+Ent with +150,000 miles. Zero issues with my MDX other than using 1.5 qts per 9000 mile oil change interval. My 11 MDX is now my winter beater, Home depot/dump runs, and if the weather is bad and I can't wash for a few weeks (the 19 MDX & 18 RLX treated like garage queens). I can understand not wanting to give up the 2nd Gen MDX because of the driving dynamics.
Used car prices are out of control and it might still be 2023 or 2024 before they return to normal. All three of my vehicles have gone up in bluebook value in the last two years as I add 5k-10k mileage per year. The +14 3rd Gen MDX with sh-awd is a nice upgrade to the 2nd Gen if you just need something to fill the gap for now. I don't think the 3rd Gen has any of the issues of the 2nd Gen MDX (leaky P/S pump/rack, A/C compressor, HID ballast, oil consumption, AT fluid in radiator, HFL drain, poor city mpgs, etc...).

Acura and Honda have a known issue with clocks right now with a hands on fix available. I'll dig up the instructions and post tomorrow if you're interested.

I talked to the dealer and they said "100% of the draw cases that come in here are the HFL" - I did a google search, found it was pretty easy to location, and found the unit. It was warm, even though the car had been off for 2 hours. I pulled the unit, and have not had issues since (it's only been a day or so). This week will be telling as I don't need to drive now for a few days. I am so excited that this may have solved the problem, because it will allow me to keep this car and maybe even hand it to my daughter who needs a car. It's too expensive to buy used right now.
The dealer told me about the clock fix, which is the same one I found on google - disconnect and reconnect the battery at the right time, lol. I may just go without until August (when it is supposed to self correct, reportedly). I wish there was some way to shut off the clock, though. It's such motor memory when driving to look at the clock, and it throws me off.
