Thanks Moderators!

I'm so happy I don't know what to do....finally an MDX forum! This is great.

Thanks Again,
Chris

P.S. I am talking to Acura TL Parts and they are going to send me a down pipe and cat delete to test fit.....so keep your fingers cross if you are a performance person.

A down pipe and cat delete for an MDX? Downpipes are usually used in turbocharged vehicles. Do you mean the part between the headers and the cat?

Sorry about that......The pipe between the two Cast-In Headers and the secondary cat. Believe it or not it is the same part that fits the TL-S 3.5 Liter...exact same unit. Dual 2.5" into Single Exit 2.5" toward the cat-back. I will be doing a custom Magnaflow Cat-Back after that. I'm going to try and be pretty active on the forum if I can with pics and details.

Thanks,
Chris

Hm, so some of the parts will be interchangeable between the MDX and TL-S. Very interested. May have to look into this more!

I have been talking to Mike @ AcuraTLParts.com....they are a vendor on the RDX and TL-S forums. Check them out or give Mike a call...he's been wanting some one to try it out. I have a new baby coming in about 2 weeks so I haven't been able to start a new project.....so we will see how things go.

Well i know the 07-08 MDX is a 3.7 liter. The 01-06 is a 3.5 Liter. I know that the current Type-S has a 3.5 liter. So i am guessing that some parts may be interchangeable between the 1st gen MDX and the current TL-S?

Hell, I'm just happy to have this one....the "other" MDX forum on the web sucks.
