Proud owner of a very gently used MDX. Doing some TLC (oil, spark plugs, filters etc.) I recently replaced my battery in my unlock/lock remote. Now, I might be missing something, but I cannot adjust any of my vehicle settings. Such as, light time out when locking/unlocking, seat exit etc.

Am I missing something or doing something wrong?

Sync the remote back to the car. Put in in the ignition, turn it to on, and hold the lock and unlock buttons for a few seconds. Or something like that. Look up syncing fob and I'm sure you'll find the exact steps.
