I just updated for the second time the other day. What a pain to have to wait an hour to download the update, then format the USB thumb drive after unzipping; 15 minutes or so to download to the HDD.

It would be even better if an icon showed up on your screen alerting you to the availability of a new upgrade.

I'm trying to update my 2010 MDX. Keep getting "Gracenote database not found" error message. I have all the files that the website says I should have (altho the APN file says it has 8 bytes, which seems strange). Dealer can't figure it out. Any help out there? Please!!!

Rexorg. Sounds like you made it work. Any words of wisdom?

By the way, there is a typo in my first post...the APN file shows as 0 bytes after I unzip and move to USB.

No words of wisdom, just follow the directions. The January 2011 update is a little late for the MDX. The update for the TL is due in February. C'mon Gracenote get on the stick! http://www.navteq.com/gracenote/acura/
