NavTool 3.0 Install for 2010 MDX Advance

Back in November of 2015, I purchased the NavTool 3.0 ($235.00) and now just getting around to installing it. Looking for resolution to a problem I have when I press the cancel button to switch back to car navigation, it still has the same message as if it's still searching for satellite ie make sure area is clear of cell phone, electronics etc etc.. What am I missing here. Everything appears to be connected correctly. Any suggestions? Anybody, somebody everybody. Please help.
